The UYNner Training programme for runners has been made in partnership with Skill 5.0 Fitness Center instructors. We have designed it to ensure you get the most from your indoor training, even if you don’t have specific equipment at home. Follow the exercises in the videos and repeat them 2-4 times a week, depending on your level of training.
