It’s designed to maximise the effectiveness of your indoor training, so you’re poised to get back to racing.
The exercises can be done without any special equipment - all you need are common objects found around the house. Repeat these exercises a few times a week, integrating them - if you can - with our training programme for rollers, available to download.
