Rights of revocation and returns
The customer has the right to terminate the contract for free without any specified reason within 14 (fourteen) working days by simply informing us of the contract cancellation. In order to help us improve our service, you are welcome to state the reason for return.
In order to accept returned items, any return needs to be authorized. Please contact our support team for instructions.
2. Returning an item
You can schedule the returned package to be collected from your address by contacting our shipping partners directly.
The deadline for termination of the contract begins on the date of delivery of the items.
The contract cannot be terminated if the condition or quality of the items has been influenced by the consumer (e.g. dirty or damaged items).
Please do not remove the labels from items until you are sure you wish to purchase them. In the event of contract termination, we will only accept items still in their original manufacturing and packaging conditions.
4. Methods of Refund
Upon receipt of the returned package, we will verify that all the conditions listed above have been met before authorising the refund.
The refund will be made within 5 working days, using the same method of payment originally used for the purchase.
The refund procedure will be completed within a variable time depending on the payment method – approximately within 10 days of receipt of the returned package.
